(Pittsburgh, PA) The Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh is having a free event on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11th during the time it is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with special programs and hands-on activities. This event will both honor veterans and foster learning that is intergenerational through partnerships with the community and hands-on exploration that is kid-friendly. Among the events are a story time at 1 p.m. with author Chandra Donaldson and a presentation and a Q&A with the North Coast Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. at 2 p.m.
