The office of DIstrict Attorney David J. Lozier announced in a press release Friday morning that felony charges have been filed by the Beaver County Detective Bureau against Aliquippa Assistant Police Chief Joseph Perciavalle for distribution of sexually explicit material to a minor. Detectives obtained the consent to download and search cell phones, and found sexually explicit material that was traced back to Assistant Chief Perciavalle. The nature of the texted image and the identity of the minor is not being disclosed.
