Beaver Falls police have made an arrest in the shooting of a 19-year-old male earlier this week. The suspect has been identified as 24-year-old Jamel Livingston of Pittsburgh. Livingston is accused of gunning down the victim at the corner of 10th Street and 10th Avenue in the Harmony Dwelling area of the city late Tuesday night. The victim’s identity is not being released. Chief Deluca says Livingston is facing several charges, including aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment. He was arraigned and placed in the Beaver County Jail on one-million dollars bond.
