A Beaver couple is facing child endangerment charges after one of them overdosed on drugs with an infant in the home. Amanda Morris and Kody Miller are charged in the incident September 11th at their 400 block of Fourth Street apartment. Police say Morris needed Narcan while Miller was visibly under the influence of a controlled substance when they arrived. A five-month-old child was in the living room in a rocking chair at the time. The couple reportedly used heroin before police arrived.
