Beaver County Sheriff’s Office releases Operation Safe Surrender

(Beaver County, PA) According to a press release from Beaver County Sheriff Tony Guy, the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office will assist the court of Common Pleas and the Magisterial District Court in conducting an off-site warrant surrender program called Operation Safe Surrender on October 8th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sheriff Guy confirms that the Safe Surrender program seeks to forego incarceration which will lead to compliance whenever possible by a process in for wanted individuals to voluntarily surrender themselves to law enforcement. Operation Safe Surrender will be held at the Beaver County Transit Authority, Rochester Station, 200 West Washington Street, Rochester. Sheriff Guy also suggests that you call the Beaver County Sheriff’s Warrants Division at 724-378-9063 to determine if you have any outstanding warrants.
