A Beaver County charity is planning to give one-thousand bikes to kids in Beaver County. Communicycle, a group that repairs and distributes bicycles to kids in the area, is making that commitment for this summer. So far, volunteers from local churches and businesses have been volunteering time fixing up some old bikes for distribution.
