The Beaver County Corporation for Economic Development is beginning the transition to a new leader. The C-E-D is turning to Vice President Laura Rubino to lead in the interim as the search for a new president begins. Rubino replaces the retiring Jim Palmer who had served as president since 1993. The search for the president is expected to take between six-to-12 months.
