Ambridge borough’s manager tells Beaver County Radio newsman Pat Septak that we’re just about a year and a half away from seeing a very much improved downtown Ambridge. Joe Kauer has released new details of a streetscape improvement project that he hopes will revitalize the downtown business district along Merchant Street. Kauer says revitalizing the district could entice new businesses to the area. The project is expected to be completed in 2018 and is expected to cost about 2.5-million dollars.
