(Allegheny County, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Pittsburgh reported via release today that twenty-three-year-old Juan Rivera Perez of Ambridge was charged after causing a single-vehicle crash in Allegheny County on the afternoon of December 30th, 2025. Rivera Perez was driving on Ohio River Boulevard in Glenfield Borough at 2:09 p.m. and lost control of his vehicle before subsequently striking a concrete barrier multiple times on the Route 65 road.
