(Pittsburgh, PA) An Allegheny County man has recently been arrested and charged for his involvement in a drug trafficking operation in two western Pennsylvania counties. A joint operation which happened between several local law enforcement agencies, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, led to the arrest of 36-year-old Glenn Thomas after more than $100,000 worth of cocaine, other drugs, and two handguns, one of which was reported as stolen, were seized. Thomas is expected to be federally prosecuted and is being charged with drug trafficking and firearms offenses and he is in the Allegheny County Jail. It was learned throughout the investigation that Thomas had been selling crack cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamines, all of which were being kept in a stash house. A search warrant was executed by agents in that stash house and they found and seized these items which totaled about $180,000 in street value: 1,200 grams of cocaine, 400 grams of crystal meth, 46 grams of fentanyl, and 60 grams of crack cocaine. Agents also seized approximately $5,000 in cash and two handguns.
