Freezing conditions overnight caused old water pipes to break behind CVS on Brodhead Rd. in Aliquippa, according to Beaver County Radio News Correspondent Sandy Giordano.  Robert Bible, water authority  manager. Bible said crews are expected to have the lines repaired this afternoon.
