A prosecutor says a school board member and a substitute teacher didn’t properly relay a report that an older student had sex with a 12-year-old girl in the Aliquippa School District. Aileen Gilbert, an Aliquippa School Board member, was arrested Monday. Police have a warrant to arrest the teacher, 45-year-old Ahna Anderson. Beaver County District Attorney David Lozier says the women didn’t immediately report cellphone video of the act.
