(Aliquippa, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver report that a man from Aliquippa was arrested for driving under the influence in Aliquippa early this morning. Thirty-two-year-old Kelvin Martin was the suspect who police stopped during a traffic stop on the 600 Block of Highland Avenue. According to police, Martin was arrested for driving under the influence of both drugs and alcohol and his charges are pending.
