The 2016 edition of the New Brighton Halloween Parade was quite the smash (of the graveyard variety), and the crowd that was aligned along 3rd Street enjoyed the sights and sounds through the cold weather. And so did Beaver County Radio! Take a look at some of the pictures from the night below.
