Paul Dunham (1940-2026)

Paul Dunham, 86, of Darlington, passed away on April 18th, 2026 at Christian House Home Health and Assisted living in East Palestine. He was born in Darlington on April 2nd, 1940, a son of the late John “Jack” and Mary Pearl (McCowin) Dunham. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: his infant sister, Carolyn Dunham, as well as John “Henny” Dunham and Kay Hughes and his step-grandson, Joseph Urgitus. He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Louise (Tunno) Dunham, his children, Kimberly (Steve) Hodges and Paul (Nancy) Dunham, his step children, Tammy Littell, Terri (Jim) Cashdollar, and Jamie (Tim) Greenier, his siblings: Virginia Fawcett, Mary Grace Ferguson, Dennis Dunham and Betty Taylor, his three grandchildren, his eight step-grandchildren, his numerous step-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Paul graduated from Darlington High School in 1958. He worked at McKay & Gould and then co-owned Jenkins & Dunham excavating with his brother-in-law, Keith Jenkins, for numerous years. he then drove a tri-axle truck for Ron August Trucking, retiring in 2008. Throughout his life, his loved bowling, hunting, and snowmobiling, and had a passion for his Corvette, broncos and trucks. He was also a Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates fan. Later in life, he enjoyed feeding and watching birds every day. He was sustained by the unwavering love and care of his wife, Louise over his 20-year journey with Alzheimer’s disease. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org).

A thank you goes out to the Christian House staff enough for their love and care during this time, along with Patriot Hospice.

Friends will be received on Monday, April 20th from 3-7 P.M. in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, Inc., 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, who was in charge of his arrangements, and where friends will be received on Tuesday April 21st from 10 a.m. until the time of a funeral service at 11 a.m. Pastor Fritz Nelson will officiate.

Interment will take place at Duff Cemetery in Darlington.

Charleen R. Wilkinson (1949-2026)

Charleen R. Wilkinson, 76, of New Sewickley Township, passed away on April 15th, 2026, in her home. She was born in Aliquippa on November 17th, 1949, a daughter of the late Charles J. “Chick” and Bernice R. Inman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her uncles: Russel Inman, Junior & Olga Inman, William & Doris George. She is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Fred C. Wilkinson, Jr., her son, Stephen C. Wilkinson, her special cousins: Robert & Diana Fisher, Lynn & Jack Davies, and Amy & Chuck Cowen, along with numerous other beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

Charleen graduated from Hopewell Area School District and an active member of the Kiwanis, Rochester Legion Post 512, and the Beaver County Conservation League. She loved her family and her friends. She enjoyed working outdoors, planting flowers, gardening, doing yard work and fishing.  She also enjoyed going to Flea Markets.  Most of all, she loved going to her camp in Tionesta, Pennsylvania, which was where she watched the deer and would occasionally see a bear, which she named Jake. While at camp, she enjoyed her evening campfires with her friends and family. She would always say that camp was her Heaven on Earth.

In accordance with Charleen’s wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at her camp in Tionesta. Arrangements have been entrusted to the branch of Huntsman Funeral and Cremation Services.

Barbara Ann George (1940-2026)

Barbara Ann George (née Bogovich), 85, formerly of Industry, passed away on April 14th, 2026, in Franklin, Tennessee, while residing with her daughter-in-law, Lindsay C. George, and her beloved granddaughter, Sydney R. George. She was born on April 22nd, 1940, the only daughter of the late Joseph M. and Barbara R. Bogovich. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, her son, Jack J. George, and her brothers, Edward E. and Charles W. Bogovich, whom she loved dearly. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Lindsay, and granddaughter, Sydney, her brothers, Robert A. and Joseph D. Bogovich (Nanci); along with her nieces and nephews and many extended family members whose lives she touched.

Barbara graduated from Beaver Area High School. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose life centered around her family. She had a kind heart and a gentle spirit, finding her greatest joy in the time she spent with loved ones. She was affectionately known as “Tootsie,” and she brought warmth, laughter, and comfort to all who knew her. She also enjoyed simple pleasures, including watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! with her husband, Thomas E. George. Her warmth, care, and unwavering dedication to her family created lasting memories that will be cherished forever. Her legacy is one of love, family, and devotion. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and will remain forever in their hearts.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, April 20th, from 5-7 P.M. at Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver, who was in charge of her arrangements. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, April 21st, at 10:30 a.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Church, 200 3rd Street, Beaver.

Robert A. Hall (1955-2026)

Robert A. Hall, 71, of Ambridge, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family, on April 17th, 2026. He was born on March 30th, 1955, a son of the late Eugene and Betty Hall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Laurie Clay and Debbie Boyer. He is survived by his devoted wife of 49 years, Ruth Hall, his children, Jennifer (Patrick) Hoffman and Megan (Robert) Colangelo, his siblings, Donald (Kathy) Hall and Joe (Marcy) Hall, his grandchildren, Hunter and Brian Hoffman, and Cadence Colangelo, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and his beloved pet, Milky Way.

Robert retired after working as an electrician at Herr-Voss Corporation. He was a devoted father who cherished his daughters and proudly coached their softball and basketball teams. He enjoyed fishing, following all Pittsburgh sports, and listening to country western music. He also had a passion for fixing computers, watching cooking shows. He considered himself a true “foodie.”

Dr. Kelly John Allen (1961-2026)

Dr. Kelly John Allen, 64, of Brighton Township, passed away on April 16th, 2026, after a courageous battle with esophageal cancer. He was born in Hershey on July 8, 1961, the son of the late John Kelly and Doris June Allen. He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Michele, his children, John Kelly (Jessica) Allen, Sabrina (Lt. Col. Bart) Winters, and Stephen Allen, his sister, Stefanie (Michael) Mesich, and his grandchildren Jade, Scarlett, and Cecilia.

Dr. Allen was a 1979 graduate of Hershey High School. He went on to attend Penn State University and Lebanon Valley College. He pursued a career as a chiropractor and graduated valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, with his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He worked as a chiropractor for 37 years, many times being recognized as the Best in the Valley. His knowledge and professionalism in chiropractic made him a mentor to other chiropractors, as well as a developer of his own chiropractic technology. He treated his patients as though they were family. He put his heart into every case he treated. He was a fan of Gary Larson Comics, Monty Python, Grover impressions, Star Wars, and classic rock music. He loved to share jokes with his patients; he always said it acted as a distraction because sometimes adjustments were not pleasant. He was creative, a dreamer, and, most of all, someone people were proud to call a friend.

Elenora “Loretta” Ratliff (1946-2026)

Elenora “Loretta” Ratliff, 79, of Brighton Township, passed away on April 16th, 2026. She was born in Uniontown on September 14th, 1946, a daughter of the late Raymond and Mildred (Baron). In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her husband, Coleman Ratliff and her siblings: Raymond, Samuel Gene, Richard, Clara May, Glenn, Donald, Shirley, James, Jack Farrier and Patricia Cutlip. She is survived by her children, Dawn Brown, Patricia (Mark) Happ and Coleman “Sonny” (Dana) Ratliff, her siblings, Bernard (Joyce) Farrier, and Barbara Cleaver, twenty-seven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Loretta enjoyed gardening, playing cards, listening to country and oldies music, watching hummingbirds, and most of all, dancing.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, April 19th from 12 noon until the time of service at 4 p.m. in the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. of Rochester, 502 Adams Street, Rochester, who was in charge of her arrangements. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Oak Grove Cemetery, 379 Engle Road, Industry.

Elsie Dalessandri (1938-2026)

Elsie Dalessandri, 87, formerly of Aliquippa, passed away on April 15th, 2026, with her son and daughter by her side in Florida. She was born in Koppel on May 11th, 1938, a daughter of the late Vincenzo and Silvia (Tarquinio) Gismondi. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded by in death by her husband, Ronald Dalessandri. She is survived by her three children, Susan, James and Michael Dalessandri, her daughter-in-law, Tina, and two grandchildren Anthony and Cara. Elsie worked at Roma Catering in Aliquippa for many years helping serve the local patrons with their order. She was a member of St. Titus Church in Aliquippa and Mary Queen of Saints Parish. She was a devoted daughter to her parents. She also welcomed her mother to live with her after her father died in 1958. She was a loving wife and mother who was blessed with three children. Recently, Susan and Michael moved to Florida and were looking forward to making new memories with their mom.
A visitation will be held on Monday, April 20th from 11 a.m. until the time of a Blessing service at 12 noon at the Anthony Mastrofrancesco Funeral Home Inc., 2026 McMinn Street, Aliquippa, who was in charge of her arrangements. Deanne Savage (1967-2026)

Deanne Savage, 58, a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend to many, passed away on April 14th, 2026. She was born on November 11th, 1967, a daughter of Gladys Johnston and the late Charles Johnston. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Savage, her aunt, Nancy Ball, and her grandmother, Nina Craig. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her four sons: Michael, Nicholas, Patrick (Hannah), and Ian Savage, her brother, Craig (Jenn) Johnston, her sister, Jennie Brodish, three grandchildren, Anthony, Ethan, and Tegan Savage, his cousin, James “J.T.” Craig, a nephew and niece, Craig “C.J.” and Reilly Johnston; as well as many more family members.

If there was ever anything wrong, the first thing Deanne would ask is, “what can I do to help?” More often than not, she went above and beyond to help all she could, even when they said they were fine. Her selflessness has left a void in the hearts of many. She was always ready with a patient heart and advice and will be deeply missed by all. She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins, but above all, her family was her greatest joy. She enjoyed spending time with them.

Blaine Eugene Young, Sr. (1939-2026)

Blaine Eugene Young, Sr., 86, of Ellwood City, passed away on April 14th, 2026, at Avalon Care Center in New Castle. He was born in Ellwood City on August 29th, 1939, the son of the late Eugene and Grace Young. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two of his siblings, Gayle Young and Marilyn Elliott. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Young, his children, Blaine (Jewel) Young, Pamela (Mike) Fellion and Ray (Lynda) Young, nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and his three other siblings, Darlene Bruner, Sandy Wiechman and Elda Keil.

Blaine dedicated his entire career to Columbia Gas, serving in a variety of roles over the years. He was a passionate fan of the Pirates and Steelers who found great joy in following his favorite teams. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 20th, from 2-4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until the time of a service at 7:30 p.m. at Corless-Kunselman Funeral Services, LLC, 3801 4th Avenue, Beaver Falls, who was in charge of his arrangements. A private burial will be held at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, 273 PA-68, Rochester.

Michael John Mulkerrin (1945-2026)

Michael John Mulkerrin, 80, of Beaver, formerly of Wilkinsburg, passed away on April 10th, 2026, at Passavant Hospital in McCandless.

He was born in Mweenish of Carna in County Galway, Ireland, on June 18th, 1945, a son of the late Coilin and Mary Mulkerrin. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Colm Mulkerrin and his sister, Una Mulkerrin. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Connelly Mulkerrin, his son, John Mulkerrrin, his daughters, Maureen (Scott) Helfrich, Margaret (Chad) Hasychak, Michelle Mulkerrin, his brothers: Joseph (Mary Pat) Mulkerrin, Peter (Catherine) Mulkerrin, Maitiu (Mary) Mulkerrin, Padraig Mulkerrin; as well as his sisters: Mary Ellen (Lily) Lindsey, Brid Mulkerrin, Sally (Ciaran) Folan, Nan (Josie) Cavanan; along with his grandchildren: Dara Helfrich, Eamon Helfrich, Clare Helfrich, Nora Hasychak, Annabelle Hasychak; as well as his sister-in-law, Catherine Mulkerrin, his uncle, Sean Mulkerrin, as well as many nieces and nephews and great-grandnieces and nephews in the United States and Ireland.

Michael was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Parish and Saints Peter and Paul Church in Beaver. He was a founding member of the Pittsburgh Irish Rowing Club, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a member of the Irish Centre of Pittsburgh, which was where he was a former President.
