Property Next To Beaver Valley Mall For Sale

Four parcels next to the Beaver Valley Mall have been listed for sale by the mall’s owner, Namdar Realty. The parcels include property that is currently home to Arby’s, Burger King, Huntington Bank and National Tire and Battery. The asking price for all four properties is a combined $6.24 billion.

Aaron Bernstine Announces Legislation Against High Costs From Local Electric Providers

ELLWOOD CITY- On Tuesday afternoon, District 10 Representative Aaron Bernstine made a public announcement regarding legislation that he his proposing; legislation that would require local electric distributors to adhere to regulations that provide more cost-friendly rates to its users.

Bernstine was joined by several local representatives, including fellow Beaver County Representative Jim Christiana, and Ellwood City resident Karen Boyle, whose property was the location of the afternoon press conference.

Bernstine touted the legislation as a combination of bipartisanship and common sense:

Free Vision Screening Provided by the Beaver County Association for the Blind
