Four parcels next to the Beaver Valley Mall have been listed for sale by the mall’s owner, Namdar Realty. The parcels include property that is currently home to Arby’s, Burger King, Huntington Bank and National Tire and Battery. The asking price for all four properties is a combined $6.24 billion.

BEAVER FALLS POLICE HAVE CONFIRMED TO BEAVER COUNTY RADIO NEWS THAT THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT INVOLVING A CAR AND SCHOOL BUS ALONG SEVENTH AVENUE EARLIER THIS MORNING. POLICE ARE NOT RELEASING ANY DETAILS FOR THE TIME BEING. HOWEVER, THEY WERE ABLE TO CONFIRM TO BEAVER COUNTY RADIO NEWSMAN PAT SEPTAK THAT THERE WERE NO INJURIES REPORTED. ELLWOOD CITY- On Tuesday afternoon, District 10 Representative Aaron Bernstine made a public announcement regarding legislation that he his proposing; legislation that would require local electric distributors to adhere to regulations that provide more cost-friendly rates to its users.
Bernstine was joined by several local representatives, including fellow Beaver County Representative Jim Christiana, and Ellwood City resident Karen Boyle, whose property was the location of the afternoon press conference.
Bernstine touted the legislation as a combination of bipartisanship and common sense:
