Two Democratic Congressmen want to Impeach President Trump!!!

Rep. Brad Sherman , A California Democrat,  has filed an article of Impeachment against President Donald Trump. He has one co-sponsor, fellow Democrat Al Green of Texas. Democratic leaders have distanced themselves from the effort, believing it will add fuel to the fire at this point. Sherman agrees it is a  long shot bid to remove the president from office. Rep. Sherman accuses  President Trump of obstructing investigations into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election, in part by firing former FBI Director James Comey.

Candlelight Vigil Planned For Tonight In Ambridge To Remember Drug Overdose Victims

A candlelight vigil will be held tonight in Ambridge to remember those who have died from drug overdoses. The event is being organized by the community organization Not One More Pittsburgh. A similar vigil was held in Beaver last month. Guest speakers tonight will include Beaver County Sheriff Tony Guy. The vigil will take place at P.J. Caul Park at 11th and Merchant Streets. Registration begins at 6 and the vigil begins at 7. Beaver County Radio News Correspondent Sandy Giordano will be there and will have a report on AM BEAVER COUNTY tomorrow morning.

Beaver Considering Brewery Ordinance At Tonight’s Council Meeting

BEAVER BOROUGH COUNCIL TODAY COULD APPROVE A MEASURE DESIGNED TO LIMIT ADDITIONAL SALES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE BOROUGH. IT’S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR NOW SINCE WAFFLES INCAFFEINATED BEGAN SERVING BEER FROM BEAVER BREWING COMPANY AT ITS BEAVER RESTAURANT. THE MOVE PROMPTED BEAVER OFFICIALS TO CREATE A ZONING REGULATION TO LIMIT WHERE ALCOHOL CAN BE SOLD IN THE BOROUGH. BEAVER COUNTY RADIO’S GREG BENEDETTI WILL HAVE A REPORT ON WHAT COUNCIL DECIDES TOMORROW MORNING ON AM BEAVER COUNTY BEGINNING AT 6 A.M.

This week Scott and Frank will be talking about the free Shakespeare in the Park performance at Brady’s Run Park; The Deutschtown Music Festival in Pittsburgh. This festival will have over 200 bands including 7 from Beaver County.

They will also be talking about the Friday performance of Corey Feldman at the Hard Rock Cafe and making a guest appearance on this weeks show to talk about the band is “Jim Morrison” from The Next Doors. They are performing at Wooley Bullys this Saturday July 15th.
