State Police: Fewer Crashes This Labor Day Weekend
State police say this Labor Day weekend had fewer crashes than last year. In all, troopers say there were 684 crashes they investigated this year state wide, down five-percent from last year.

Beaver Falls Man Facing Several Charges in Connection with Crash
A Beaver Falls man faces several charges in connection with an accident last month in North Beaver Township. State Police said 53-year-old Daniel Zack is being charged with causing an accident involving damage, careless and reckless driving, and a number of other charges. Police said Zack drove through a home owner’s gate and through the yard down a steep embankment around 6:30 a.m. Aug. 5 along Route 18 and then led the scene.

The Beaver Falls Police and surrounding communities have taken several calls about businesses receiving counterfeit one-hundred dollar bills. The bills at first glance look to be real, but with a little scrutiny, you can see and feel they are not real. Michigan Moves to be 1st State to Ban Flavored E-Cigarettes
LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is moving to make Michigan the first state to ban flavored e-cigarettes. The Democrat announced Wednesday that she ordered the state health department to issue emergency rules. They will prohibit the sale and misleading marketing of flavored nicotine vaping products. The industry is poised to challenge the rules in court.
