The Pennsylvania State Senate will vote on extended Sunday hunting passes on November 18th. Senate Bill 147 was passed by the State House last week, but it must pass the Senate a second time. If it succeeds, it will not take effect until 90 days after it is officially signed into law. Hunters are currently not allowed to hunt for anything other than coyote, foxes, and crows on Sundays during open season.

Police: Men in Clown Masks Drove Around on Halloween Stealing Candy from Children
What was supposed to be a fun night turned to alarm when residents flooded Clairton police with calls about people dressed as clowns driving around in a silver car and stealing Halloween candy from children. The man arrested, Wesley Dixon, told police it was all a misunderstanding, calling it a Halloween trick. Dixon tells police he was just trying to scare the kids. According to police, Dixon says everyone in Clairton knows him, and he used to coach the Bears youth football team. He said he does this every year. The clown in question resisted arrest but wasn’t charged with theft because no one came forward saying they had been victim. Dixon says he was told he’d receive a summons in the mail.
Sharon Woman Accused with Having Affair with a 14-Year-Old Boy
A Sharon woman has been charged for having sex with a 14 year old boy. According to the police, 22 year old Victoria Delagado was charged with with rape, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors. Police said Delgado’s husband reported to Sharon Police Department that his wife was having an affair with an underage boy. Delgado’s husband said the boy’s mother told him of the crimes by messages on Facebook. A preliminary hearing has been set for Thursday.
Wrong Way Crash in Washington County Leaves One Person Dead, One Hurt
CANONSBURG, Pa. (AP) — A wrong-way crash in Washington County has left one person dead and another injured. The County coroner says it happened just before 2 a.m. Tuesday in the southbound lanes in Canonsburg. The coroner says the driver and sole occupant of a vehicle going the wrong way died after hitting a vehicle heading south. The name of the dead driver has not been released. The injured person was flown to a hospital. There is no word on the person’s condition.
Joe Biden Coming to Pittsburgh Today
Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden is coming to Pittsburgh today for a private campaign finance event. The former Vice President will be attending the event at an undisclosed location. It was unclear if Biden would be making any local stops prior to Tuesday night’s event.

One Ballot Measure Up for a Vote Today May Not Be Counted
One ballot measure up for a vote in Pennsylvania today may not be counted. A state commonwealth court judge reportedly issued an injunction last week that delays the Marsy’s Law vote until a League of Women’s Voters lawsuit is settled. The group claims the referendum proposes multiple amendments to the state constitution which violates the separate vote requirement. The ballot measure proposes giving victims of crimes co-equal rights to the accused, such as if the suspect is released or escapes.
