Villia Maria was leading by 10 points during most of the final two quarters, but Beaver fought hard to cut the lead. However, Beaver fell short when time expired. Villa Maria’s CCBC player of the game was: Ava Waid and Beaver’s was: Bella Posset in her final game.

In a game that started out close, CWNC went on a run in the 2nd quarter and never looked back. Ambridge great season ends in an 68-40 loss, but the Lady Bridgers have a lot to look forward to in the future. As for CNWC their season continues and they play Villa Maria in the girls 4-A PIAA state Playoffs.

In a game that was back and forth to start, Grave City had WPIAL runner up Quaker Valley at the half by five, but the Quakers had a great third quarter to regain the lead and never looked back to capture the victory to advance in the PIAA state basketball tournament. Quaker Valley moves on to play Hickory who beat Belle Vernon 92-52 on Tuesday.
