Beaver Falls Prayer Breakfast Committee Joins AMBC To Discuss May 4th Event
Geneva College President Dr. Calvin Troup, Reverend Dr. Phil Huggins from First Baptist Church in Rochester, and committee member Deborah Niehenke joined Matt Drzik on A.M. Beaver County to discuss the 2017 Beaver Falls Prayer Breakfast. This year’s breakfast will take place May 4 in the Alexander Dining Hall on the campus of Geneva College at 7:30 A.M., with minister-at-large Reverend Dr. John Guest as the guest speaker.

Ambridge Woman Overdoses; 4-year-old Girl Calls Police
A woman is facing charges after overdosing while caring for a four-year-old in Ambridge. The child called 911 earlier this month to say she needed help. When responders got to the 18th Street home, they found Allison Welling unresponsive. She was revived with Narcan and charged after officers found heroin and a hypodermic needle within reach of the little girl. Police say there have been previous overdose incidents in the residence.
2017 Rotary Radio Auction on Beaver County Radio
Today, Saturday April 22,2017 was the 31st Annual Rotary Radio Auction. Frank Sparks and Al Goehring were joined by Dr. Paul Caton on WBVP and WMBA as they emceed the auction throughout the day. Tull Family Theater, Huntington Business Spotlight.
Carolina Beyers the Executive Director of the Tull Family Theater was a guest on Teleforum with Frank Sparks as part of this months Huntington Business Spotlight . Steve Carpenter, Senior Vice President, Retail Area Manager at Huntington Bank was also in studio.
The Tull Family Theater is a film-based arts organization created to strengthen cultural, educational and entertainment experiences in the region northwest of Pittsburgh. The theater is located at 418 Walnut St, Sewickley, PA 15143.
