The Pittsburgh Pirates announced to that they have picked up the club option on the final year of Andrew Mc Cutchen’s contract. Cutch will make around 14.5 million next year. This doesn’t mean the Pirates are not going to trade him over the winter it just insures the Pirates will get something in return if they do trade him. The Pirates also declined to pick up the club option for Chris Stewart and Wade LeBlanc making them both free agents. Beaver County Annual 4-H Auction Is Set For August 18
If you’re looking to bid on some fresh baked goods, some new furniture, or a gift card for yourself (or others, Christmas isn’t that far off), then the Annual Beaver County 4-H Auction might have what’s on your wish list. The 3rd annual event will be held on November 18 at the Monaca Turners, located on 1700 Old Brodhead Road in Monaca.
Jen McKinley is the Extension Educator for Beaver County’s 4-H Program, and she joined Matt Drzik on A.M. Beaver County to discuss the specifics of the November 18 auction, as well as some details on who and what the BC4H Program is all about.
Submission slips for entering an item into the Auction MUST be submitted by November 9.
