Beaver Falls Prayer Breakfast To Be Held May 3 At Geneva College

In conjunction with the National Day of Prayer that will be celebrated across America, the city of Beaver Falls will be hosting their 25th Annual Prayer Breakfast on May 3 at 7:30 at the Alexander Dining Hall. The theme of this year’s ceremony is “American Unity”.

Geneva president Dr. Calvin Troup, and prayer breakfast committee members Reverend Phil Huggins (First Baptist Church in Rochester) and Deborah Niehenke joined Matt Drzik to discuss the annual event on the April 24 edition of A.M. Beaver County. The trio discussed the passion and time dedicated to putting the event together, and Dr. Troup (who will be this year’s guest speaker) spoke about the importance of prayer in a time of crisis and confusion in America.
