Five Points Elementary School In Hopewell To Become Treatment Center
THE FORMER FIVE POINTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP HAS BEEN APPROVED TO BE USED AS AN EXTENSIVE-CARE FACILITY. BEAVER COUNTY OFFICIALS SAY THEY PLAN TO PUT A DRUG-TREATMENT CENTER IN THE BUILDING. OFFICIALS HOPE TO HAVE THE 39-BED FACILITY OPERATIONAL BY THE END OF SUMMER OR EARLY FALL.

The Finale of “Radio Dial Rewind” on Teleforum with Frank Sparks was Thursday May 31, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Over the ten day period of “Radio Dial Rewind” Frank interviewed over 35 past or present Beaver County Radio Employees who worked for WBVP,WMBA, or WWKS.
Frank started out the morning talking with a Beaver County Radio personality In the late 2000s and early 2010s, it was Gary West who woke up the listeners of Beaver County Radio with his warm, comforting voice. Frank’s final guest of the series was Rosanne Robinson or as she was known to her listeners as Rosanne Dana who graced the air ways of WMBA back in the late 1990’s.
