Pictures from the “70th Anniversary Gala” held on May 25, 2018 in the Grand Ballroom of the General Brodhead Hotel (Brodhead Apartments) in Beaver Falls, PA.  The event was organized to commemorate the day on which the first radio broadcast was aired in Beaver County, PA, which happened when 1230 WBVP officially signed on the air at around 6 P.M. on May 25, 1948.

In a game where Quaker Valley took of early, they never looked back. Building on that early lead, and came away with an impressive 89-53 victory. The Quakers take on the Sharon Tigers on Monday, who won against New Castle.

In January, the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center in Midland learned that school

board President Chris Shovlin was retiring at the end of the year. Now the board is seeking a new member who, according to current Vice President Scott Portonova, understands the history and tradition of Midland and Lincoln Park:
