(Pittsburgh, Pa.) Beaver County Radio News Correspondent Sandy Giordano is reporting that Beaver County District Attorney David Lozier reported to her that oral arguments will start today in Pa Superior Court in Pittsburgh as Sheldon Jeter Jr. starts the appeal process of being convicted for first degree murder in the killing 30-year-old Tyric Pugh on May 15, 2020 in Aliquippa on Kiehl Street. Jeter was found guilty during a jury trial on June 23, 2021, and sentenced on July 21, 2021.
Jeter was sentenced to life in prison without parole for killing his best friend.
