(Hopewell Twp., Beaver County, Pa) The Hopewell Township Commissioners met on Monday night and approves a lot consolidation for the A&S Credit Union who acquired 8.94 acres for a new office building to be built in the township. The commissioners approved the resolution for the lot consolidation and land development plan during the meeting.
In other business, Eagle Scout Ciro Natali received a commendation for restoration and improvement of Veasey Cemetery for his Eagle Scout project. The commendation was presented by township Commissioner Joe Kusnir, who is the vice chairman.
Chris Marchionda, an intern for Hopewell Twp. is in his 5th year at PSU Erie majoring in international business and finance and said he likes the experience he’s getting working in the township business office. He graduated from Hopewell Area High School in 2018.
