“They want to do it, but they want to feel more appreciated.”

Many businesses are weighing their options between profit and providing for their employees, and Patriot Home Care is no different. Where they are different, however, is in the offerings and flexibility that employees have–including a sign-on bonus, and maintaining a client-caretaker relationship if they are coming from another home care company.

Kelly Cope from Patriot Home Care joined Matt Drzik on the July 11 edition of A.M. Beaver County to discuss those issues, but also to announce that Patriot Home Care is holding an open house from 9 AM to 5 PM on Wednesday, July 13 at their offices on 7th Avenue in Beaver Falls. Cope says that she, along with her staff, will be there to greet the public and answer any questions that may be asked about home care and assisted independent living. There will be hot dogs, chips, and other refreshments available throughout the day.
