(Monaca, Pa.) Beaver County Democratic Chairman Terri Mitko reported Friday morning that 11 candidates appeared both virtually and in person at a forum at the Monaca Turners Thursday night. Approximately 80 Dems attended the event.
Appearing virtually was Austin Davis, candidate for Lt. Governor, and Brian Sims. Attending was Malcolm Kenyatta and Kevin Baumlin senatorial candidates.
Lt. Governor John Fetterman was there in person, and Attorney General Josh Shapiro was virtual. He;s running for governor.
There are no petition signing events scheduled for the general assembly Congressional candidates from the Pittsburgh area Sean Maloy and Chris Deluzio, and 14th District Bruce Karper were in attendance, along with Ste Representative Rob Matzie from the 16th District.
