Preliminary Hearing Continues Today In Aliquippa Burglary Turned Rape Case

More witnesses are expected to testify today in a preliminary hearing which began Monday, for two men charged in a burglary turned rape in Aliquippa last month. A woman testified Monday that she feared for her life while she was raped at gunpoint by two men who broke into a man’s home where she was visiting. 19-year-old Michael Guin and 17-year-old Malakai Helencamp are charged in the August 11th crimes. A third suspect – 18-year-old Clarence Larue – waived his right to the hearing. District Judge Tim Finn is expected to make a ruling on the charges this afternoon.
