(Wayne Township, PA) –Pennsylvania State Police have reported via release that PSP New Castle spoke to a 50 year old female from Ellwood City, that remains unnamed, who had her identity stolen. The actor(s) opened an unemployment account in her name out of the state of Kentucky. The resident along with the help of the Kentucky unemployment office were able to catch it and close the account before any money was paid out.
