(Monaca, Pa.) Pennsylvania State Police Beaver Barracks  is reporting that they pulled over a 47-year-old female driver from Rochester on Friday night, February 20, 2021, driving a 2007 Ford F-150 in the 100 block of 17^th Street in Monaca for a traffic violation. During the stop the unidentified driver showed signs of impairment. State Troopers administered SFST’s and the driver subsequently was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance Charges are pending once police receive the results of a blood test.
