Closing arguments begin in James Mann’s trial

(Beaver, Pa.) Closing arguments began this morning in  Beaver County  in former Ambridge Police Chief James Mann’s trial   . Mann is on trial for  falsifying time sheets  resulting in him being $67,000.00. He is also charged with  threatening a police officer  before he was suspended in 2018.

Mann is being represented by Attorney Stephen Colafella. Senior Judge Thomas Piccione from Lawrence County is presiding over the case
