The new parking procedures along 7th Avenue continue to frustrate Beaver County residents. Locals are complaining that reverse angle parking is now required for that stretch in downtown Beaver Falls. PennDOT believes it will benefit drivers as they won’t have to back into traffic when leaving their parking spots but some say it’s only created chaos. Police say those who don’t follow the new procedures will be cited for parking violations.
