NEW YORK (AP) — Americans are commemorating 9/11 with solemn remembrances and vows to “never forget” 18 years after the deadliest terror attacks on American soil. A crowd of victims’ relatives assembled at ground zero, where the ceremony began Wednesday with a moment of silence. President Donald Trump joined an observance at the Pentagon. Nearly 3,000 people were killed in the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
