A law that prevents those convicted of non-driving offenses from losing their license is now in effect in Pennsylvania. Governor Tom Wolf signed the measure in October, saying about 20-thousand people had their licenses suspended annually in P-A for reasons that had nothing to do with driving. Wolf added Tuesday a valid driver’s license is often the key to finding and keeping a job.
