Non-disclosure agreements were signed by officials from 3 of the 4 counties involved in discussions with Mount Airy Casino & Resort about the possibility of a mini-casino being located in the area. Officials from Butler County did not sign because they felt there was nothing to “non-disclose”. Butler, Beaver, Lawrence and Mercer counties are in the 15-mile radius of land being evaluated for the casino site.
