(Pittsburgh, PA) According to Chandler Rome of The Athletic, the Pittsburgh Pirates are hiring Houston Astros Triple-A pitching coach Sean Buchanan.

Buchanan was the Triple-A Sugar Land pitching coach for the past two seasons and he was the organizational pitching coach of the Astros for the past five seasons.

However, there is no official role for him yet.
