(Aliquippa, PA) The City of Aliquippa Police Department was recently made aware that fraudulent emails are being sent from a compromised email account that belonged to Police Chief John Lane.

Officials from that department confirm that the email account was compromised, and the person did not send these emails.

If you received one of these emails from that person, do not respond to it, click on any links from it, open any attachments from it, or provide any of your personal or financial information.
