(Harrisburg, PA) Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday recently announced a settlement with Mavis Tire Supply, LLC, regarding the allegedly deceptive sales practices of the vehicle-repair company. 

Mavis will pay $215,000 in monetary relief under the settlement, with another $100,000 to become due and payable if the company commits any violations of the terms of the settlement agreement.  

Mavis operates more than 130 branch locations in Pennsylvania and the company has also agreed to maintain the oversight and training that is necessary to ensure its employees and representatives comply with the settlement and the moving forward. 

Anyone who believes they were affected by this and has not contacted the Office of Attorney General yet should submit a complaint before January 26th, 2027 to the Bureau of Consumer Protection online, call 1-800-441-2555, or email scams@attorneygeneral.gov.
