(Raccoon Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported yesterday that twenty-one-year-old Gavin Black of Midland received multiple filed traffic citations after a hit-and-run crash occurred in Raccoon Township on August 23rd.

Black was driving in the area of 3898 Green Garden Road in Aliquippa at approximately 11:20 p.m. and exited the road, hitting the vehicle driven by forty-two-year-old Steven Dickinson of Aliquippa.

Dickinson’s vehicle was legally parked on the road and Black kept going on Green Garden Road before he stopped at the intersection of State Route 18 and Green Garden Road.

Black was transported to the hospital because of the possible injuries that he suffered in the crash.

Dickinson was not injured.
