(New Brighton, PA) The Beaver Valley Artists will meet at the Merrick Art Gallery in New Brighton starting this Saturday, September 26th from 12 noon to 3 p.m.

Their second meeting of the year will be held on Saturday, October 10th.

There will be the free refreshments and the Beaver Valley Artists’ Guest Artist Series.

The second guest artist for those artists’ fall series is Debra Zuzindlak Tobin. 

Tobin is an artist and art instructor from the Pittsburgh-area who works in a wide range of media.

These media that she has worked in including drawing, fiber, glass mosaic,  jewelry, painting, photography and printmaking.

Tobin is also a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

According to a release from the Beaver Valley Artists, her work is characterized by vibrant color, rich texture and an experimental approach to materials.
