(Pittsburgh, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Pittsburgh reported today that twenty-four-year-old Thomas Mowery of Pittsburgh was not charged after he hit the vehicle driven by sixty-one-year-old Evelyn Brett of Midland in Pittsburgh on September 10th.

This crash occurred on I-376 West in an active long term construction zone at 5:01 p.m.

Mowery rear-ended Brett’s vehicle with his vehicle.

There were no reported injuries.
