(Aliquippa, PA) The Aliquippa Police Department responded to two separate disturbances at the “Good To Go” restaurant over the weekend.

The incidents occurred at 2211 Sheffield Road.  

The first one happened at approximately 11:05 p.m. on Saturday, and then a second incident happened at approximately 2:05 a.m. yesterday.

Officers encountered groups of individuals during both incidents who were repeatedly instructed to leave the property and disperse because of them causing a disturbance, fighting and yelling.  

Some refused even after multiple warnings from officers.

A total of 11 people have been arrested in connection with these incidents.

Eight people, four from each incident, were taken into custody and were put in the Beaver County Jail.

Charges were filed as appropriate based on every individual’s conduct and involvement.

The charges included Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, Disorderly Conduct, Failure of Disorderly Persons to Disperse Upon Official Order, Intimidation of a Police K-9, Public Drunkenness, Obstructing the Administration of Law and Resisting Arrest.

Not every individual was charged with each of the offenses that were listed above.
