(Beaver County, PA) Route 18 near the Frankfort Bridge over Raccoon Creek will be closed from August 28th to October 12th as part of a replacement project for the bridge. 

PennDOT reported that detours will be marked.  

Township officials confirmed on social media that all access to the bridge will be blocked so that motorists should set aside additional time so they can get around the area that is close to the community’s industrial plants. 

According to PennDOT, the $25.27 million project will be completely finished in the fall of 2027.
