(Freedom, PA) According to a statement from the Freedom Area School District, which was issued at 1:20 p.m. yesterday, a bomb threat was emailed to the high school principal that day. 

High school students were evacuated from the stadium of the school. 

Officials stated that by 2 p.m., a K-9 had swept the high school without finding anything concerning.

This is the second bomb threat that the school has received in as many weeks, because they received one on August 31st.
