(Midland, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported today that a possible incident of harassment occurred in Midland yesterday.

This occurred along Midland Avenue at 3:59 a.m.

Nineteen-year-old Trey Seitz of Midland was arrested for allegedly harassing a twenty-one-year-old female from Midland.

Charges were filed against him.
