(Allegheny County, PA) PennDOT will be undergoing a project to implement a new diverging diamond interchange near Robinson Town Centre which does not use the existing bridge over the Parkway West.

The goal of this project is to eliminate left turns and reduce crashes and injuries in the area.

There are barriers along the side of the westbound lanes of the Parkway East at this time, which is where there is no ramp to the eastbound lanes of Route 22.

That project is expected to be finished in 2029.
