(Monaca, PA) Monaca Borough Manager David Kramer posted on Facebook today that the Monaca pumphouse was vandalized last night. The suspect is unknown at this time and one of the spires was broken at the pumphouse. Kramer confirmed that charges will be filed against the suspect and that person will have to pay for the repairs because cameras are being reviewed.
