Rankin man charged after two-vehicle crash in Allegheny County

(Allegheny County, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Pittsburgh reported that a twenty-one-year-old Rankin man was charged after a two-vehicle crash in Allegheny County yesterday. Eris Seibles was driving on I-79 South in Marshall Township at 3:45 p.m. He was crossing over into the left lane and hit the vehicle driven by eighty-seven-year-old Norman Law of Moon Township. Seibles, Law, and one of the two passengers that was in Law’s vehicle, seventy-four-year-old Barbara Law of Moon Township, were all injured as a result of this crash. Both Norman and Barbara Law were transported and Seibles was not transported.
